President & Chief Executive Officer

Micah is a proud fourth-generation Tylerite who is active in his community. He received his Bachelor's in Psychology and Master of Social Work with a specialization in economic development from Baylor University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is partner at the law firm Tarry & Hene, PLLC, specializing in real estate and business law.

Micah is active in his community by currently serving as a Director of the Smith County Bar Foundation, a Director of the Camp Tyler Foundation, and as a Board Member on the Airport Advisory Board for the City of Tyler. In the past, he served as Chairman of the Smith County Appraisal Review Board, President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the Smith County Bar Association, and as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Smith County Young Lawyers Association. Micah was a member of Leadership Tyler Class 29 and has served on its Selections Committee.

Sandy Junek is a Tyler native and is active in the theater community. She has been in the title insurance industry for over 10 years. Prior to being in title, she worked for the local county appraisal district. Sandy has experience in working with clients to ensure that title issues are cleared, and the files are ready to close in a timely manner. Being professional and providing an exceptional personal experience for each client is what Sandy strives to do with each closing.

Ginnie Baldridge is originally from Shreveport Louisiana and moved to East Texas her Freshman year of high school. She is a 2004 graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Ginnie began her career in the title industry in 2005. She seeks to deliver a smooth and positive experience for her clients. Her clear communication, warm personality, and industry knowledge allow her to do that. Ginnie brings energy and expertise to every transaction and wants all parties to walk away knowing they received exceptional service.

Jennifer Ramirez was born in La Cebia Honduras where her mother met her father while doing mission work. She was raised in the DFW area and moved to East Texas in 2016. Jennifer spent many years working for a predominant home builder in the Dallas area. She started her career in title in 2009. She enjoys working with the wide variety of clients she meets and takes great pride in finding solutions to complex situations. Jennifer is well equipped to handle everything during the escrow process from the day escrow is opened until the day it closes. Her outgoing personality and eagerness to help customers make for a great combination to surpass the expectations of clients.

Patrick Smallwood has a rich family history in Tyler that goes back at least 5 generations. Patrick attended Tyler Junior College for part of his undergrad education, and served as Student Body President during his time there. Patrick continued and finished his education at Texas Tech University where he interned for both US Congressman Louie Gohmert and US Senator John Cornyn, and received his degree in Political Science. Patrick has lived in Lubbock, Washington DC and spent a brief period of time in Amman, Jordan. Patrick’s real estate exposure runs in the family with his grandfather, a local home builder, and multiple close family and friends that currently serve as realtors in the surrounding area. Patrick previously served as an escrow assistant before joining Tarry Title and is eager to help you through the closing process!

Karisu Cagle is an East Texas Native, residing in Tyler her entire life. She has been in the title business since 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in customer service. Karisu strives to ensure every transaction is handled efficiently and professionally. Once she started in the title industry she knew becoming an Escrow Officer is her ultimate goal in life. Her core values include her son Cash, her family and friends.

Anna was born and raised in Tyler, TX and graduated high school from the Brook Hill School in 2015. She then attended Louisiana Tech University where she earned a degree in Business Management and minored in Human Resources in 2019. Anna has years of experience in the title industry prior to joining our team. She is extremely detail-oriented and truly cares about the satisfaction of our clients/customers. You can always count on Anna to greet you with a big smile and assist you in your purchase, sale or refinance in any way that she can!

Miguel Angel Cabrera has lived in several states, including California and Arizona. His family visited Tyler in 2018 and immediately knew it was the perfect place to call home, so they moved and have loved every moment. Miguel has been in the escrow industry since 2002. He enjoys meeting new people, building strong professional relationships, and serving clients to ensure they have a great closing experience.

Administrative Assistant

Roxana Lara is originally from Mexico but has chosen to reside in Tyler, TX. Prior to Tarry Title, she acquired years of mortgage lending sales and administrative experience . Roxana has started her journey in the title industry to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. She enjoys interacting with every friendly face that visits Tarry Title.
