Carol Walker is a Texas native and has resided in many East Texas towns but has chose to reside in Alba, TX. She has been in the title insurance industry for the last twenty-nine years. Carol has knowledge within multiple facets of real estate. She enjoys building strong professional relationships, and serving clients to ensure they have a great closing experience.
Natalie Lowry

Natalie Mullins Lowry has lived in several parts on the United States, but has graduated and resided in Whitehouse, TX. Prior to Tarry Title, she acquired 5 years of retail banking experience at banks/credit unions in East Texas, mortgage lending sales, and operations experience. She has made a career change into the title industry to ensure a timely manner of customer service. She has a heart of wanting to do better for her customers and is determined to make an all-around great experience for everyone involved.
Laura West
Escrow Officer
Laura West is a Dallas native who moved to the East Texas area in 2022. She brings 20 years of state and national title and escrow experience with her and looks forward to using her expertise to better serve you. Laura is excited to meet new clients and build lasting professional relationships within the community.
Melissa Dow
Escrow Assistant
Melissa is an East Texas Native and Graduated with the 2010 class of the Fightin’ Texas Aggies. She brings years of experience in real estate, hospitality, and tourism from her work in Dallas all the way to New Orleans. Her love for East Texas brought her back home where she now resides in Lindale. Melissa looks forward to meeting and working with you at the Mineola office.
