Micah John Tarry
President & CEO
Micah John is a proud fourth-generation Tylerite who is active in his community. He received his Bachelor's in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Baylor University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is partner at the law firm Tarry & Hene, PLLC, specializing in real estate and business law.
Micah John is active in his community by currently serving as Chairman of the Smith County Appraisal Review Board, President of the Smith County Bar Association, and Director of the Camp Tyler Foundation Board. He was a member of Leadership Tyler Class 29 and serves on the Selections Committee.
Sandy Junek is a Tyler native and is active in the theater community. She has been in the title insurance industry for the last seven years. Prior to being in title, she worked for the local county appraisal district. Sandy has experience in working with clients to ensure that title issues are cleared, and the files are ready to close in a timely manner. Being professional and providing an exceptional personal experience for each client is what Sandy strives to do with each closing.

Patrick Smallwood

Patrick Smallwood has a long family history in Tyler that goes back at least 5 generations and knows the area well. Being the proud Tylerite that he is, Patrick attended Tyler Junior College for part of his undergrad education. While he was there, Patrick served as Student Body President. However, Patrick’s experience doesn’t stop at the city limits. Patrick has lived in Lubbock, Washington DC and spend a brief period of time in Amman, Jordan. Receiving his Bachelors degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University, Patrick has interned for both US Congressman Louie Gohmert and US Senator John Cornyn helping fight for the issues Texans care about.
Patrick’s real estate exposure runs in the family with his grandfather, a local home builder, and multiple close family and friends that currently serve as realtors in the surrounding area. Patrick previous served as an escrow assistant before joining Tarry Title and is eager to help you through the closing process!
Anna Lee
Escrow Assistant
Anna was born and raised in Tyler, TX and graduated high school from the Brook Hill School in 2015. She then attended Louisiana Tech University where she earned a degree in Business Management and minored in Human Resources in 2019. Anna has years of experience in the title industry prior to joining our team. She is extremely detail-oriented and truly cares about the satisfaction of our clients/customers. You can always count on Anna to greet you with a big smile and assist you in your purchase, sale or refinance in any way that she can!
Miguel Angel Cabrera has lived in several states, including California and Arizona. His family visited Tyler in 2018 and immediately knew it was the perfect place to call home, so they moved and have loved every moment. Miguel has been in the escrow industry since 2002. He enjoys meeting new people, building strong professional relationships, and serving clients to ensure they have a great closing experience.

Roxana Lara is originally from Mexico but has chosen to reside in Tyler, TX. Prior to Tarry Title, she acquired years of mortgage lending sales and administrative experience . Roxana has started her journey in the title industry to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. She enjoys interacting with every friendly face that visits Tarry Title.
Sarah Sims
Administrative Assistant
Sarah Sims is a lifelong resident of East Texas, graduating from Bullard High School in 2020. She has gained valuable experience over the past five years in customer service and over a year of working as an administrative assistant for a Real Estate company. She is very passionate about title work and is working to build her career in title with Tarry Title.
Carleigh Bynum
Personal Relations/ Administrative Assistant
Carleigh Bynum grew up in Birmingham Alabama and graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Apparel and Textiles Merchandising and a minor in Sales. Although Alabama was her home for 25 years, she always loved visiting her family in Texas, and felt that eventually she would call it home. After moving to Tyler in 2021, she began planting roots by starting her career in real estate, making friends, and meeting her husband. Carleigh has over 6 years of sales and marketing experience, 4 years of management experience, 2 years of real estate experience, and is looking forward to growing in the community as well as growing with Tarry Title where she hopes to help make your closing experience a positive one!
